Meet Natalie

I help people of all ages & stages who struggle with pain, stress & anxiety to feel more at ease , calm & joy.

20 years ago I was working as a newly graduated physiotherapist.

I was helping people in the way I'd always wanted to. Only, my body wasn’t. I struggled daily with upper back pain, so much so that I often wished I could trade places with my clients. I traded treatments with colleagues and even my boss. And, despite all the traditional approaches, it didn’t really get any better. So, finally, I decided to invest in myself and go and see a Physiotherapist who had a more holistic, mind-body approach to health and wellbeing.

And, it was the best decision I ever made.
